This Omega Speedmaster 145.022-68 ST is one of the most sought-after transitional references ever produced. Made in 1968, it carries several traits normally associated with the earlier cal. 321 models, including the step dial with creamy tritium patina and period-correct hands, paired with the newly introduced calibre 861.
