The disorder is deliberate. The flap is cut on the bias, asymmetric at the front, with the mini wallet pouch appliquéd to one side: the Desordre takes the most classic Kelly of all and breaks it up, with the controlled irony Hermès rarely allows itself.
Epsom, rigid and with a pressed grain, is the only leather that holds this construction perfectly in shape — no sagging at the corners, the diagonal stays crisp. Craie, a chalky white, lets every line be read. Released as a limited edition in 2022/2023, within a few months it became the most sought-after Mini Kelly on the secondary market.
