Founded in 1833 by Antoine LeCoultre in Le Sentier, Jaeger-LeCoultre is known as the "Grande Maison": a fully integrated manufacture that has created hundreds of calibres, supplying movements even to the most prestigious watch houses. It is the birthplace of masterpieces such as the Reverso, with its swivelling case created in 1931, and of the Atmos perpetual-motion clock.
